The durability of WOODLINE PARQUETRY natural flooring is based on high quality 3 ply engineered solid timber and excellent workmanship. The hardwood floor consists of three layers. Each has specific features which complement each other, providing improved resistance to wear. A superior range of real wood flooring in a variety of wood species and effects combine to create a stunning look for any home.

Wood is a natural product with variations of grains and characteristics, depending on the many different wood species available. You can choose from lights and darks so that your floor can perfectly co-ordinate with your home, whatever your style.

Each individual log is assessed based on its natural shape and pattern and then used to produce different flooring boards. Each strip of wood is sorted according to appearance and this allows WOODLINE PARQUETRY to offers floors in different styles such as rustic grades which are rich in wood grain and texture as well as classic grades which have more consistent and mellow appearance. Each style is unique to suit different décor themes.

Each species is available in 1 strip, 2 strip and 3 strip designs. This indicates how many strips there are across the width of the board. So now you can really have a floor that is timely unique.

WOODLINE PARQUETRY floors are targeted at an increasingly important segment of discerning domestic and commercial end users who want beautiful and natural floors that are durable and easy to maintain, in their homes and working environments. Our floors are suitable for both new homes and renovation projects and are recommended for every area in the home except wet rooms such as bathrooms.

WOODLINE PARQUETRY floors are manufactured predominately using renewable raw materials with the least possible impact on the environment. The timber which is processed into our flooring products mainly comes from sustainable forests; the trees are felled selectively in a prudent and ecological manner. For each tree used, new trees are planted, guaranteeing that there will be new forests for future generations. Throughout the process all the wastage in the form of bark and wood chips are utilised in a sophisticated recycling system where they are converted into energy to run the factories and also supplied to the surrounding communities.

Construction

Our floors are finished with a Formaldehyde-free lacquered finish, and will not require any special treatment directly after installation. This finish gives the floor a tough, durable and smooth no-wax surface that is both luxurious and easy-care, however regular maintenance is needed to protect and preserve its surface.

Taking care of your floor will ensure the longevity of your floor.

For daily cleaning, use dry methods such as vacuuming and sweeping.

Place doormats inside and outside the front door to stop dirt and grit being walked in, which can cause considerable wear/damage to the surface.

Wood floors expand and contract depending on the ambient climate. To counteract excessive movement, and consequential damage to the floor, maintain a normal room temperature and relative humidity of 30-60% RH (relative humidity).

If the floor has been subject to considerable wear, it can be renovated by machine sanding and re-lacquering. This process can be repeated up to 3 times.

Our floors are easy to install due to a glueless "click" system and are easily fitted as a floating floor suitable for commercial and domestic use. They are highly engineered to be installed quickly with minimum disruption.

WOODLINE PARQUETRY can be laid onto any hard level surface such as concrete, chipboard, ceramic tiles or existing strip timber flooring. WOODLINE PARQUETRY products are pre-finished (lacquered) in the factory which allows you to use the timber floor immediately after installation. Being pre-finished enables you to avoid the dust and smell of sanding, polishing and drying time associated with conventional timber floors.
